Worldisthelimit provides various IT and web services, primarily focusing on "Managed Websites." Additionally, we provide web hosting services for our clients through VGNCloud.com, which operates under Worldisthelimit.

To use our services, you must register an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Company Name and Company ID (Y-tunnus)
• First Name and Last Name
• Email Address and Phone Number

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All payments for our services are processed securely via Stripe.

• By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as presented at checkout.
• You agree to Stripe's terms of service regarding the processing of your payment methods.
• Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of your services.

Our web hosting infrastructure is provided via VGNCloud.com. By using our hosting services, you agree not to use the servers for:

• Hosting illegal, malicious, or copyrighted content without permission.
• Distributing malware, spam, or engaging in phishing activities.
• Any activity that disrupts the performance or security of the network.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate hosting services immediately if these terms are violated.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Worldisthelimit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the services.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Server downtime or data loss.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
